How to Update an Email Address

The User Profile allows users the ability to update their email address quickly without contacting Support Dept.

1. Login to CAN and navigate to User Profile menu item at top of most pages.

2. Scroll down to the Email field and enter the new email address. [Be certain to type correctly]

3. Select Update.

4. Prior to logging out of CAN, be sure to click on the email verification link sent to the new address within 48 hours before it expires.

NOTE: If the verification email is not received for any reason, please confirm it was entered correctly in the User Profile before logging out of CAN.

Users will receive an onscreen message (see below) that the email address must be verified before they will be able to access the tools of CAN. Users who do not receive the verification email must contact the Help Desk in order to have the email resent.
